Der vorliegende Entwurf sieht vor, dass ab voraussichtlich ~Juni 2026 alle Arbeitgeber in Deutschland Arbeitszeiten elektronisch und manipulationssicher erfassen müssen, Aufbewahrung mindestens 2 Jahre. Papier und Excel sollen dann nicht mehr ausreichen. Bußgelder von bis zu 30.000 € sind im Entwurf vorgesehen. Für Betriebe mit weniger als 10 Beschäftigten ist eine Ausnahme geplant; für größere Unternehmen ein gestaffeltes Inkrafttreten. Stand: Entwurfsfassung, Änderungen möglich.
