About Pistacio

Built by a small team for practical operations

We are a small product team. We build clear operational software for service businesses that want to see their work, own their numbers, and get early access without the wait.

The team

The people building Pistacio

Four people, one product. We have all spent years on the wrong side of bad operational software, and we are building the version we wanted back then.

  • Ali

    Founder

Designs the product and spends most of his time taking steps out of it. Came to Pistacio after watching small teams lose hours to software that was never built for them.

  • Alex

    Co-founder

Ran operations on spreadsheets long enough to know exactly where they crack, and now builds the system he kept wishing existed.

  • Ema

    Marketing & GTM

Turns compliance language into something a busy owner will actually read, and figures out how Pistacio reaches the people who need it.

  • Daniela

    Brand

Keeps Pistacio feeling warm and easy to trust, from the logo down to the empty states, and sets the mood for the rest of the team.

What ties us together: we know how small teams actually run, and what bad software costs the people stuck using it.

Our mission

Reduce operational waste

We want service teams to lose fewer hours to overhead. Billable time shouldn't disappear into duplicate tools, scattered processes, and reports nobody trusts. Pistacio keeps the core workflow in one place you can actually maintain, so the team can spend its attention on the work itself.

Our story

Why Pistacio exists

Pistacio started after years of patching together spreadsheets and disconnected SaaS tools that created more coordination work than value.

So we built the product we wished we'd had: software that's clear, easy to maintain, and backed by people who pick up when you ask.
