Employees start a timer to clock in; when clocking out, Pistacio automatically calculates the statutory minimum breaks required under ArbZG and adds them to the record. Every entry is stamped with a timestamp, user ID, and device reference and cannot be silently altered after the fact.
All time entries are stored immutably and remain retrievable for two years, in line with the requirements of the Minimum Wage Act (MiLoG). The MiLoG export produces a print-ready summary per payroll month.
